She organised a pop top safari vehicle at the last minute to help make my dream of visiting Amboseli National Park a reality. Belinda and the guide/driver Stanley were good company. Stanley shared his excellent wildlife knowledge and stopped often to help me get the photos I was after. Belinda even predicted that the weather would clear and I got to see Mt Kilimanjaro in all its glory! It was a long but great day. Belinda from Robevin took painstaking care to plan our Safari perfectly. The itinerary was thoughtful, exciting, and totally customized to our family. We had a six day safari that included a Nairobi day tour so we could see the city from a local perspective, which we really appreciated. She even set up a visit to an orphanage so we could donate supplies and support the community. It was a highlight of our trip and our 6 year old son was really affected by the experience.The accommodations Belinda chose were top notch. We’re talking monkeys swinging from our balcony and hippos and zebra roaming right in front of our room. Every where we stayed had impeccable service, beautiful accommodations and delicious food! But let’s talk game drives! I mean….just wow! Our first ride to Nairobi National Park started off with a bang and it just continued being amazing the entire trip. We saw all the animals we wanted and some we couldn’t even have dreamed of. We even saw the flamingo migration, so special! We saw lion cubs, a lion with her kill, a leopard with a kill in the tree, baby baboons, the list goes on!Our driver Tony was fantastic and took care of everything. We felt totally safe the entire time. The cherry on top was that Belinda arranged a photographer to capture special family photos- Holiday cards here we come!!! I wish we could say we would be back, but this was a bucket list item for us!! It’s literally a ONCE IN A LIFETIME experience. After the second day in Mackinders Camp, we were starting to get tired of the altitude, so Robin quickly replanned the tour from a summit climb to a circuit via Shiptons Camp down the Sirimon route. We were fascinated by the great tour with Robin, who always knew exactly what we were capable of and looked after us perfectly. She has lived in Nairobi for a long time and truly knows the local places to go and has great tips to give. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe and glad to have a female guide to the city! We spent some time at Kazuri beads factory with a full tour and in depth explanations about their work. There is a lovely shop with so many options of beaded jewelry that it’s hard to even choose what to buy. Belinda handled all of our Uber transfers which took the burden off of me. She even ordered the Uber to bring me to the location and take me home so that I wouldn’t have to mess with the app. We visited a shop with local Kenyan clothing that a tourist would NEVER find without the help of a local. We also had lunch at a local restaurant where we were able to sit on the balcony and watch the city life from above. Belinda was so friendly and welcoming and has so much great local knowledge to share. In addition, i have researched many tours and safari options and the prices Belinda quoted me were WAY more affordable than any listed on other websites. I highly recommend contacting Belinda to help customize any tour or activities you want to do-she will make it happen!
